Raw 402  Antique Copper G. Polkey Ltd. Birmingham, oil lantern transformed

A highly unusual copper oil lantern, made by George Polkey Ltd, has been transformed into a table lamp with an industrial vibe. The lantern retains many original features including: makers brass plate, bracket hook, an opening door and swing handle with wooden grab.

The lamp has been created using brass fittings including E27 lamp holder, black inline switch and around 2 metres of mid-brown twisted retro-style cable and a black plug. The lantern stands on 2 brass ball feet.

We think it looks great with a feature filament LED - please note that the price does not include the LED.

Dimensions: height 28cm (not including handle) x width 15cm x depth 21cm

Condition:  signs of age but generally very good
