A lovely example of a Victorian tilt top loo table with circular top above turned central column leading to three carved legs. The feet are on ceramic castors which could easily be removed if required.
A loo table is a circular table for playing the card game loo on often referred to as a lanterloo. Popular in the 18th and 19th century these tables were usually tilt top so they could be moved out of the way when the game was not in progress.
