Wonderland Furniture Collection: Swedish Vintage Wooden Industrial Box Storage Table in Original Paint

A vintage wooden box with a lift off lid, has been updated as a useful side table with storage. The box originally stored a Swedish PIAB dynamometer. At each end there is an original strong metal handle which makes moving the box around easy.  It's original blue/grey paint has aged attractively.  There are steel re-enforcing bars along the edges. 

Refurbished. 
The inside has been freshly painted in a similar grey. 
Wooden tulip-shaped legs have been added to elevate it to a good height with nylon glides added. 
Two coordinating metal handles are fixed to the top to make removing the lid easier. 

The piece has bags of original character and will make a statement in any interior.

Condition: excellent - sound and sturdy. Clean and tidy inside.
