Utopia’s Terms and Conditions for Retail Sales

Purchase Agreement
It is important to Utopia to have satisfied customers and avoid misunderstandings, so if you purchase goods from Utopia, it means that you have read, not only the descriptions and details of the product, but also the terms regarding payment, shipping, returns, refunds, cancellation and privacy policies and have agreed to them. If any matter is unclear do not hesitate to contact us with your query – we’re here to make your shopping experience a pleasure.

Utopia reserves the right to remove any products from, and edit contents on, its website at any time without prior notice.
Please note that the colours on our products are reproduced here as accurately as possible, however, as with all photography, printing and online screens, there may be some small variations.

Utopia uses Shopify for its retail transactions as it is one of the safest and easiest online banking services. All credit/debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation. If the payment card does not for any reason authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. In this event we will first contact you through email to try and resolve the problem with you.

Cancellations, Refunds and Exchanges
Utopia are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, but the team do understand that sometimes you may wish to cancel an order or ask for a refund or exchange. If this happens then please notify Utopia in writing, within 14 working days of receipt of the item, which item you wish to cancel/return/exchange and why.  Then return the item in its original packaging, in the same pristine condition you received it in and therefore fit for resale, by insured, tracked delivery. Please include your name, address, telephone and email details so Utopia can easily communicate with you over the matter.

Please keep proof of postage in case of any breakages in transit, as Utopia cannot accept liability for returns lost or damaged in transit. Utopia will then inspect the returned item and either reimburse you, provide a credit note or an exchange, but if Utopia’s terms are not met fully then the refund/credit note will be at a percentage, and at Utopia’s discretion.
Utopia will aim to settle the matter within 30 days but please note that Utopia are unable to refund postage.
