 The ancient greeks believed that a new human soul was born every time an adult butterfly emerged from its cocoon.

A beautiful specimen butterfly, from an old museum collection, is placed on a miniature, antique leather bound book of Shakespeare's comedy As You like It. The book is an exceptional volume with an embossed cover and back, whilst the title is in gold on the spine. The pages are now heavily foxed. This miniature world is presented in a glass dome with a waxed pine base.
